Newbery medalist Sid Fleischman will discuss his latest book, The Trouble Begins at 8: A Life of Mark Twain in the Wild, Wild West on Friday, March 13, 2009 at 6 pm, in the Residence Dining Hall on Fresno State campus. This event, co-sponsored by ANCA, the Arne Nixon Center Advocates, the Friends of the Henry Madden Library, and the Fresno County Public Library, is part of “The Big Read” program series, which this year focuses on The Adventures of Tom Sawyer.
